Genesis Lawns has great communication! The only lawn service that I have used that sends you timely email reminders before they arrive to service the property (big help so we have time to pick up the dogs toys!). Easy online payment options as well. They will take a personal interest in any questions. I emailed them if they could cut a little lower, Genesis personally responded back (no robo response), and the next cut Neil himself checked on it and communicated with me to see if I was happy with it.

Very nice team. Neil and his team really did an awesome job in taking care of my yard. From the moment i called to inquire about it Neil was very helpful and honest about everything. He went over and above to get us setup in the system and he came the very next day to take care of the yard. Really couldn't be any happier with the service. Genesis is owned and operated by Neil and Sharon and they take care of me as a customer since 2016! I need to reschedule their services and it was so easy to communicate with their office to do this task! I have never had a company work so hard to keep their customers happy!
